To pixie, Or not to pixie!

What's up homeboys? :)
Just wanted to ask your opinion on a trend I'm noticing on many celebrities. Not a fashion trend, a hair trend: the pixie cut!

Emma Watson

Michelle I Williams
This look isn't for everyone! but I personally love it! Wear it with a headband, spiked / poofed up, or down straight with bangs. I'm the type of girl whos always up for trying something new! I took a picture of Emma Watson to my hairdresser this Winter, but I chickened out, now that the weather's warming up I have been looking at those pictures again! Do you think the pixie haircut is too boyish, or is it cute and also, do you think a pixie cut would suit me? Just looking for some opinions :)

Heres a very very unflattering picture of my face shape! :
(I have naturally dark brown, straight, thick hair)

Also, I just wanted to show my outfit of the day :)
I had on a pair of silky/suede-like high waist American Eagle shorts & my striped button down & my hair was in a messy bun!
I'm dying my hair tonight back to dark brown I think! My hair right now is supposed to be brown turning to blonde (ombre) but I did it myself, not a prefessional, thus it's not so great lol.

Steal Her Style #1: Leighton Meester

Better known for her role on Gossip Girl as Blair Waldorf, Leighton Meester is a three-in-one: Fashion Icon, Actress & Singer. I am a big leighton fan, I love Gossip Girl and her song Body Control but most of all I love Ms. Meesters quirky/romantic style that's all her's.

Tanaia's version:

Asos Crop Top

Topshop striped pecil shirt

Forever 21 necklace, gives it a bohemian feel.

Forever21 Woven belt

Forever 21 Flower clip, to clip unto the side of belt.

Aldo Clogs - Although we can't see Leighton's shoes, this is what I'd wear with this outfit,
They add to the rocker-boho look.

Love the romantic taste of the dress with the bright pop of yellow from the bag.

Tanaia's version:
American Apparel back lace bodysuit
Victoria Secret PINK black yoga bralette

Vila Asymmetric trousers in Camel - Asos
For a more girly look add:
Asos platform sandal with bow

or for a classic edgier look:

Asos platform heel
I hope you enjoy this post & Leighton's style! She's truly amazing and I can't wait to see more inspiring looks from her!

Asos.com Wishlist

Okay, I know probably everyone and there dog has shopped at Asos but I JUST googled it the other night and I am blown away. Free international shipping and so cute clothes.... If only I wasnt making minimum wage. Lack of moolah = wishlist! Just somethings that caught my eye that would look good in my closet.

Vero Moda Pastel Blue paperbag trousers - 53.43$
Will emphasize my smaller waist and look hot with my new pastel pink thrifted blazer.

I really want to try colorblocking and with the above items I could add them altogether or add a piece or two from my own collection! Its love.

Inverted Lapel Blazer - White - 115.77$
White blazer ups any outfit, tones down a maxi dress, adds to light pink top and jeans

Hope you enjoy!
Also random question: What would I wear to my boyfriends bothers wedding this June.
Maybe a cute little dress, buy some nude pumps and a blazer.. a go-to outfit. Suggestions accepted :)

Shopaholic

Good morning readers! I've been up since 8:30 this morning (ON A SATURDAY) because thre is a bake sale going on right across the road and the car doors slamming kept me awake.. So what better time to post on my blog?
Yesterday we had no school so me and my friend Shayna went shopping! I didn't pick up much all items were thrifted.. A cute maxi dress, a pink old-lady's blazer Ann Taylor (that I sewed gold buttons unto last night) and I regret buying a pair of bright orange super flared, stretchy Bebe pants, I have no idea how to wear them! Ideas? I meant to pick up a brown belt and a red sripe shirt, but I was too scared I didnt have any money left.

Today, my boyfriend's taking me golfing for the first time lol.. did I ever mention how incredibaly akward and non-sportslike I am? Lol. Then I am possibly going to babysit to make some money! Have you got any plans for the weekend? Have a fantastic Saturday!
